What we delete
We will delete or anonymize account, access, support, and tracking data that we no longer need to keep.
We may keep payment, refund, fraud, tax, and legal records when we are required to keep them.
Response time
We aim to review deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the email before deleting anything.
